Antiquity Environmental Consulting Ltd. staff is highly trained and experienced in conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Our environmental staff can conuct site assessments on industrial, commercial and residential properties.
Antiquity conducts each Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with CSA Standard Practice which has been developed to help investigators to identify various issues that may be potential sources of environmental risk and liability to the property owner, and/or the prospective purchaser/lending institution.
While adhering to the CSA Standard, Antiquity can also modify their scope of services for each site assessment in order to accommodate specific client requirements or protocols. Additionally, Antiquity frequently provides completion of the Phase 1 ESA under a tight time schedule in order to ensure adherence with the closing deadlines specific to each property transaction.
When the results of a Phase 1 ESA identify a recognized environmental liability, Antiquity has the ability to mobilize our staff of environmental professionals and in-house equipment to perform a Phase 11 Environmental Investigation. Antiquity will use the findings of the Phase 1 ESA to develop a Phase 11 scope of work specific to the potential issues and liabilities identified. The duration and costs associated with each Phase II investigation are specific to the scope of work undertaken. With our expertise and state of the art equipment, Antiquity can complete the Phase 11 ESA in a very cost-effective manner when compared to our competitors.
